Event Management at the Mole & Mariachi Festival

Our team took on a new role for Friends of Santa Cruz State Parks' Mole & Mariachi Festival. Miller Maxfield, served as the event management team for the fourth annual celebration local food, music, dance, and arts and crafts, held Sept. 10, 2016, at Santa Cruz Mission State Historic Park. The cross-cultural event highlights the park’s rich history. Our team worked in tandem with Friends’ staff and volunteers to plan the festival— down to the last paper flower — and execute the event. Our role included design, advertising, media relations, event design, leading planning meetings and project management. It all led to the best-attended Mole & Mariachi Festival to date.
